XS11639-350-1050-25 is a fiber optic spectrometer with a spectral range of 350nm-1050nm. The detector adopts a Hamamatsu high-sensitivity line array COMS line array sensor, which provides high signal-to-noise ratio and large dynamic range for the spectrometer with 16 bit A/D sampling and 75% quantum efficiency. The highly integrated circuit and compact structural design ensure good communication speed and wavelength thermal stability of this series of spectrometers, which can achieve reliable and stable Raman spectroscopy measurement at 0-40 ℃.
